
Syringa Hospital & Clinics welcomes four new providers to their medical staff - Danny Griffis, MD, Cheryl Mallory, MD, Nathan Winder, PA-C and Kevin Mallory, PA-C.
Dr. Cheryl Mallory, her husband Kevin and their three children recently moved to the area from Omak, Washington. She received her Medical Degree at Temple School of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. and most recently worked as a Regional Medical Director and family practice physician for the Wenatchee Valley Medical Center. Dr. Mallory continues to serve as a clinical faculty member for the University of Washington, Department of Family Medicine. She is a Diplomat of the American Board of Family Medicine and is affiliated with the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Association. Dr. Mallory provides full family practice care at the Syringa Primary Care Clinic.
Most recently from Texas, Dr. Danny Griffis practices family medicine with certifications for Advanced Life Support in Pediatrics, Cardiac, Obstetrics, Trauma and Burn. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and the Christian Medical and Dental Association. Dr. Griffis received his Medical Degree at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School at Dallas where he was recognized as an Outstanding Student in Family Practice. He enjoys spending time with his wife and six children backpacking, as well as biking, photography, and snowshoeing. Dr. Griffis provides full family practice care at the Syringa Primary Care Clinic.
Raised in Blackfoot, Idaho, Nathan Winder, PA-C received his Bachelors degree from BYU-Idaho, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He studied for his Physician Assistant Certification and Masters of Health Science with an emphasis in rural primary care at Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Phi Alpha inductee.
Nathan is an avid runner, and spends his leisure time with his wife and two daughters enjoying a wide variety of outdoor activities.
A former Navy Seal, Kevin Mallory, PA-C is a Certified Physician Assistant. He received his Physician Assistant degree from the University Of Washington School Of Medicine and is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Kevin is trained in wilderness medicine and survival. He enjoys hunting, fishing, long range shooting and reloading. He also enjoys woodworking. Kevin provides care at the Syringa Walk-In Clinic. No appointment is necessary, but same day visits can be scheduled.
